Why we exist
A message from Christopher Najor, Chief Executive Officer.
I started 8 Mile Solutions because I kept getting the same phone call. A company had shipped its software out cheap to save forty percent, and two years later they were paying triple to untangle it — undocumented code, missed releases, security gaps nobody would own, and a team twelve time zones away that went quiet whenever production broke.
Those hidden costs are the real price of cheap engineering. So we built the opposite: a single 100+ person team, senior-led pods, engineers who join your standups, and architecture decisions written down so the next person can read them.
